DAP Terms of Service

Introduction
The below Terms of Service dictate proper use of all products and services provided by DAP. By
choosing to use any product or service provided by DAP, you are agreeing to adhere to all terms
and conditions laid out in the Terms of Service. By agreeing to these terms, you are also
indicating that you have read and agreed to our privacy policy.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will DAP be liable for any losses or damages sustained by you or your
business. By agreeing to these Terms of Service you are also agreeing to follow all terms and
conditions provided by any third party services that may be managed through the DAP mobile
application or website. In the case that you or your business violates the terms of service of one
or multiple of these third party services, DAP is not liable for any penalty or consequence that is
incurred by you or your business.
Termination of User Account
DAP reserves the right to terminate your account at any point if you fail to adhere to the agreed
upon Terms of Service.
Service Restriction
The use of DAP’s services is reserved solely for customers with a paid subscription. Any attempt
to provide access to DAP’s services to non-paying customers will result in the termination of
your account.
Cancellation Policy
Users of DAP’s services have the right to cancel their account at any time. After cancellation,
users will retain access to DAP’s services until the date that their next payment is due.
Changes to the Terms of Service ,
DAP reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time. In the event that the Terms of
Service are updated, users will be notified through the email associated with their DAP account.
The new Terms of Service will also be posted on the DAP website. Continuing to use DAP’s
services after this point confirms that you agree to abide by the new Terms of Service.
